Small Group Sessions

Summit’s group sessions accommodate a maximum of two goalies per net, with a dedicated coach assigned to each net. This intentionally low coach‑to‑goalie ratio ensures every athlete receives focused, individualized instruction.

Train with a dedicated partner to optimize both work and recovery, or work by yourself to receive focused, individualized coaching designed to deliver measurable results.
